Residential

Comfort engineered around the way you live.

A home should hold temperature quietly, evenly and without you thinking about it. That comes from design, not from a larger furnace.

01The approach

Room by room, not house by rule of thumb.

Most residential comfort complaints trace back to sizing and distribution. A system chosen by square footage ignores the glazing on the south face, the vaulted ceiling over the living room and the bedroom above the garage. We calculate loads room by room and design distribution and zoning to suit.

From there, the system is planned with the architecture in mind — register and diffuser placement, concealed equipment, condenser locations chosen for sound, and mechanical rooms laid out so they can actually be serviced.

The same team can carry radiant floors, snow melting and fireplaces, so specialty systems are integrated into the plant rather than bolted on afterwards.

02Where we help

New construction

Full mechanical packages coordinated with builder, architect and trades from rough-in through commissioning.

Renovations & additions

Systems extended or reworked to serve new space without compromising what already works.

Equipment replacement

Furnaces, boilers, air conditioners and air handlers replaced with correctly sized, properly integrated equipment.

Comfort problem solving

Hot and cold rooms, humidity, noise and short cycling diagnosed at the system level, not one appliance at a time.

Luxury comfort systems

Radiant floors, snow melting, fireplaces and multi-zone control planned together as a single strategy.

Maintenance

Seasonal service that keeps equipment efficient and catches issues before they become failures.
